
If you’re seeking online counselling for anxiety or relationship support across Australia, sessions are held securely via Zoom.
You’ll use the same Zoom link for each appointment. At your session time, simply click the link and you’ll be taken to the online waiting room. I’ll let you in at the start of our 50-minute session.
No technical experience is needed, you don’t even need to create a Zoom account, and the link works on most phones, tablets and computers. As long as you have a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection, you’re ready to begin.
Please note: sessions are not to be recorded or transcribed.

Our trauma-informed online therapy sessions are based on 3 pillars: Collaboration, Curiosity and Compassion. We will use these 3 pillars to explore your concerns in couples and individual couselling. We will endeavour to:

If you’re ready, you can book via email, call or SMS. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out by email or phone to ask questions first. Choose a few session times/days that works for you and we can book your session slot.

Before we meet, you’ll receive an email with an informed consent agreement containing your Zoom link and other important details you need. Take your time to read over them, and return them, signed before our first session.

At your appointment time, click the Zoom link and we’ll begin. Sessions run for 50 minutes. We’ll check in over time about what’s helpful and what you’d like to focus on next, moving at your pace.
Rest assured, your first session is about information gathering, getting to know each other to see if we are a good fit, and establishing goals. There is no pressure, no rush and no obligation to continue if you fee l we are not a good fit.
