Gentle, trauma-informed therapy for nervous system regulation, attachment repair and identity renewal.
Many people who come to therapy feel overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck in familiar patterns that they’ve carried for years. That’s often because the nervous system learned safety through vigilance, minimising needs, or adapting to relationships that never fully felt “safe.” My work is about creating a space where you can finally be met with curiosity and care, not judgement.
Life can be challenging, and sometimes you need support to navigate through difficult times. I provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your feelings and work towards positive change. I believe that people heal when they feel understood rather than judged. Together, we explore what is present for you, what feels most crucial to look at, and gently allow it some space to 'have a voice'.

Many clients arrive feeling like something is “off” but can’t quite name it. They may feel:
At other times, they can name what is happening, but are exhausted from trying to change it alone. These experiences are not signs of weakness; they are meaningful patterns that once helped you adapt. Understanding them with compassion is the heart of change. If this sounds like you, I am glad you're here.

I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and have years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s emotional challenges. My practice draws on attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and identity formation, along with my lived experiences, in ways that feel grounded, humane, and accessible.
My modalities include: Focusing Therapy informed, Person-centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems informed (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy informed (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy informed (CBT), Narrative and Art Therapy.

I work with adults who are willing to explore emotional patterns, relationships, and identity from a place of compassion and curiosity. My work is well-suited to people who:
If you’re looking for quick fixes, directive advice, or prescriptive tools alone, this may not be the best fit, and that’s okay. Choosing help is about what feels safe and right for you.

I never take for granted the courage it takes to seek support. To me, therapy is a relationship first, a place where nervous systems can slow down and people can discover their inner experience without fear of judgement. I value honesty, warmth, presence, and curiosity. I believe that every person carries innate wisdom about 0themselves, and my role is to hold space with you while that wisdom emerges.
There’s no pressure to decide everything today. If anything here resonates or you’re simply curious, you’re always welcome to start with a conversation, no expectation beyond connection and understanding. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you explore yourself more deeply and with care.
