All papers, information, and materials on www.healthystemstherapy.com.au and its affiliated websites are specifically protected by copyright and trademark, and we retain the right to take legal action against you if you violate any of these terms.
Redistribution or reproduction of any part or all of the contents in any form is forbidden, with the exception of the following: you may print or download extracts to a local hard drive for personal, non-commercial use only; you may copy the content to specific third parties for their own use, but only if you credit the website as the original source.

Whole agreement

If this clause is valid and enforceable in any other State or Territory, it will still be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those other States and Territories. The exclusion of any term under this paragraph will not change or affect the full enforceability or meaning of the other clauses in these terms and conditions.
Counselling Education and Business Support
You accept that www.healthystemstherapy.com.au is not responsible for any choices you make based on our services or advice, and you are responsible for any results that come from such choices. You can't hold www.healthystemstherapy.com.au responsible for anything you do, and you can't hold us or any of our employees responsible for any losses or costs you incur because of any advice, guidance, counselling, coaching, materials, or techniques used or given by www.healthystemstherapy.com.au.
